RISK ASSESSMENT

DBS d.o.o. Banja Luka is the first business association in Serb Republic, registrated to make Acts of evaluation of vulnerability of taxpayers, which operate with cash. As an appendix to this goes and fact that we have got at 23rd February 2017 legal solution (number 13 – 052 – 118/17) for exerting of those activities, issued, after fullfilling the necessary conditions, by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Serb Republic.

Regarding on fact that on 17th April 2015 (Official Journal of Serb Republic number 33/15) entered into force Regulation of security measures operating with cash and another values, and on 23rd December 2016 entered into force Regulation of evaluation of vulnerability operating with cash and another values (Official Journal of Serb Republic number 115/16), it is evident necessity that all businnes subjects which are aligned in array of taxpayers according to this law, must have Act of evaluation ov vulnerability.
